• responses you submit through the Velaros waitlist;
• user-inputted tracking data for items you choose to track in the app, once the app is available; and
• basic technical information, such as browser or device metadata, when it is collected by the website or services we use.

We may use information to provide and support Velaros, communicate product updates, respond to requests, improve our products, protect the security of our services, and comply with legal obligations.

Third-party services

Our waitlist is collected through Google Forms. Information submitted through that form is also subject to Google’s policies. As Velaros grows, we may use additional service providers to help operate, secure, and improve our products. We will share information with providers only as needed for those purposes or when required by law.

We do not sell personal information

Velaros does not sell personal information.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to ask about the information we have about you, request a correction or deletion, or unsubscribe from product updates. We may need to verify your request before responding, and some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons.
